This is very common anywhere, not just in the CZ.

Your best bet is to go to a Privat, where there are girls and then pick one you like ... otherwise, if you order in advance, you're a lot more likely to get the girl you want -- but if you are ordering ad hoc, you'll get what they have available usually.
